The jump in logic here is astonishing. How exactly did you reach that conclusion? I'm Somali, they aren't. They are not considered part of the same ethnic group. Say what you want, they will never be Somali. Do you have Somali Bantu members in your family or are you one yourself, is that why you're complaining about this?
