Galmudug is just a name but the lands have always been peaceful, this ain’t mogadishu or baidoa sxb ppl live there without AS problems. GM is not a real state, that’s why it isn’t holding elections. QQ is sitting next to his boss Culusow because he has no other choice since he pays his bills and the bills of GM, same as KG/HS and to a lesser extent JL. QQ himself was appointed by Farmaajo same as LG and Cali Isbaaro. These aren’t real states. They were created so that every 4-5 years they could provide delegates for the Presidential election. They were not created through grassroots consensus like PL/SL, they were created top-down. They have no inherent reason to exist. That is why they are failures surrounded by terrorists and extortionist checkpoints.
