Let's measure their 'vessel' size and number of vessels and apply maths to how many 'fish' it can store x the timetable they are on(daily, weekly, monthly) runs. Once we know those variables, plus the 'type of fish' being collected, we can provide reasonable estimates to them and what our 'rightful share' is being the 'real estate' for it but they need to factor the 'metric' importance of location as the rest of the value chain collapses.

Jamal isnβt my clan, isnβt he dhulo. It was a terrible deal and needs revoking. Look at my comparison with Madagascar. We can get a way better with the length of our coastline. And divide it between the FMS.
