Most urbanized regions/gobols in somaliweyn

Out of every gobol/region in somaliweyn which ones are the most urbanized and which ones have stayed mainly nomadic/rural I want this to be mainly a demographic discussion

To look for nomadic just look for baraago.

The most sedentary/urbanized/fertile regions are Hararga/Benaadir/KG regions. The most desolate/nomadic appear to be western/central Guban, southern/central Bari, and southeasternHawd but a true population cesnsus hasnt been published since colonial era estimates

Leaving out Banadir, the most urbanized region is Togdheer followed by Woqoyie Galbeed.
Least urban region in 2014 was Bay, but I think Middle Juba is the least urbanized now.
Median region is Galgadud.
