I myself can't speak for other people's deen but if they are insulting you and being immature then they definitely aren't putting it into practice.

Yea but I think most people put them as the representatives of Twitter, even if they are a minority,....because they're the most vocal minority on that platform. Like when most things are trending, it's usually due to one of those groups. I think the bigger problem though is how some posters here will conflate anyone who stands for social justice (which there is nothing wrong with) as an "sjw" (which there's plenty wrong with) simply due to the topic being covered.

I definitely do see a pattern of complaints and 'being triggered' by those who'd hypocritically lambaste sjws for that very same thing but I disagree that they're equally vocal to others of twitter. The majority of social media platforms are heavily liberal...Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr are the main 3. Using Tumblr as an obvious example, there are many non-sjw voices on there(myself included) but there is a reason why people identify it as the 'sjw platform'. In terms of facebook and Twitter, the sjws tend to get catered to while other 'dissenting' accounts (who speak against the mainstream narrative) tend to get banned/suspended/silenced.

In my opinion, Sjws began with white feminism and the culture of faux outrage before finding its way into inter-sectional feminism and completely positing it. Lots of annoying white guilt as well that they use in order to make themselves relevant in inter-sectional feminism. If anyone accidentally slips ups or has a different view-- they're automatically labelled sexist, racist, homophobe, transphobe (for example, recently there was that Nigerian feminist Ngozi [the one on Beyonce's album] who made a comment saying that transwomen were different women and the faux outrage brigade came out in full force...they automatically attacked her/her views, called her a transphobe, demanded that she apologize, etc. They care more about having something to be angry at and portraying themselves as victims rather than trying to have an actual dialogue). They also tend to be very narcissistic, "my way or the high way" types, they take a concept which is relatively valid and blow it up to become something ridiculous (man spreading goes from being an observation to "oppression of women"). There's so many things tbh and these are only a few examples.

If you don't agree with every single of their beliefs, you aren't considered progressive enough and thus, everything good you do is dismissed and you're just a bigot to them. The worst of all, I hate how they try to silence free speech...instead of proving their opponents wrong via debate, they prefer to use laws and the government (force) to silence those who disagree with them (by doing this, they are also naively giving a precedent to the government, to take away individual rights in disguise of "protecting feelings").

Yea, I consider myself a feminist but that whole outrage and forcefulness behind the "respect the pronouns thing" was a wake up call for me; it was when I started to side eye certain aspects of liberal feminism to be exact. There were even some people who got angry over that so called "women's march" because some protesters were carrying signs related to female anatomy and the sjws complained that it wasn't inclusive towards transwomen...like tf? This is one of the reasons why I tie it towards white/Western feminism...because it's so oblivious to circumstances around the world where an individual's future can be completely reliant on what genitalia they were literally born with. As you said, it shouldn't even be a debate...but sadly, the reality shows otherwise.

When it comes to legitimate victims, that's the most frustrating part for me because they've become collateral damage in the crossfire between the authoritarian sjws and the hateful alt-right, even though they are innocent and should be prioritized. *I meant poisoning not positing by the way lol, and I agree with the individualism thing...that's basically 3rd wave feminism in a nutshell. Look into Post-Modern Feminism if you haven't already heard of it...it could function as a guide book for sjws. A post-truth world where everything can be subjective.
