I wouldn't care corruption so much if Somalia/Somali regions was somewhat developed. South Korea is corrupt but it's gov officals skimming the top type of corruption.

Somalis literally steal food out the mouth of hungry babes. I was in a hotel once in Xamar nicknamed hotel IV, because the owner stole a shit ton of medical equipment donated by the UN and used it to fund a hotel. Wonder how they sleep at night honestly
