They actually aren’t celebrated. Various studies show that women prefer men that aren’t promiscuous. I can post the studies if you want. Only low Value Western men celebrate that. Also, a man sleeping around isn’t indicative of his desirability. For example, studies show that men who are seen as catches by women are a lot more selective whilst men who have a body counts of like 20+ wouldn’t mind sleeping with unclean women or women with various issues.
