I would never lift weights. I used to to get toned up and I felt very fit but my waist got larger and I was starting to look bulky in my shoulders and arms. I was starting to look like a man. Now I only do squats for weights but it sucks because they make my thighs bigger.

Acctually lifting is good girls dont gain much Muscle as guys

Well running is good But its proven that the more Muscle a person has the more fat they burn

I just hate the niqab in general it's a pet peeve of mine. I also hate the multicoloured giant rainbow jilbab a Somalis wear. Why can't somali women dress like it's the 80s
