You are so slow man. Have you not been paying attention? They’ve been stuck abroad not able to board flights because of the e-visa so it’s required before aircraft departure. Why is that so difficult to understand? Whether it’s cash or credit, it’s required before departure. You don’t just pay upon entry like a nightclub huuno
