Half of Mogadishu is slums on top of other slums, the Slums of Bombay would make Mogadishu look like a world class city, why can't Somalia have a decent capital city rather than this ghost and cursed city?

Almost all somali cities layouts look disgusting, no urban planning. In a few years if the government is strong enough it needs to buy these lands and redevelop them.
