The status of Mogadishu in the federal republic of Somalia honestly needs serious discussion as their are lots inside Mogadishu social and political circles who hold to the belief the city is some tribal town in character first and capital second, this conflicts with the status delegated to it by colonials(not Somalia) and the role it plays in the Federation(a capital of all Somalia districts), so how they sit there and convince themselves of Banadir land or Hawiyenimo while claiming to be the sovereign capital of all Somalia bewilders me into thinking maybe their is other motives behind it like to sow distrust, unrest, or some moryanimo shit looking to saw conflict and instability so their idealogical or financial rackets are not disturbed thru the emergence of a functioning state.
Hawiye talking points are usually Hamar waa banadir land well if it's banadir land then it's a regional capital not a federal capital. Walle inaadan maqaam qaran helaynin while wanting to behave as a region or clan. Infact Mogadishu can never take upon any character that sows division among the residents of the 90 district whether that be political ideology, ethnic, clan, or region(unuka leh) well unuka this nigga adigu malihid qaranimada somaliyeed, qayb yar oo langaab ah baad ka tahay qaranka oo gumaystihi uu dortay Mogadishu danahisa not danaha somaliyeed ku seexo kuna toos taas that shit illa yowmul qiyaama.

The only one talking points they talk about that has some relevancy in Mogadishu is the issue of taxation and donor funds. First of all any type of ecomomic revenue be it local, donor, foreign is under the jurisdiction of the federal govt since it's the property of all Somalis anything that operate in that territory by default, if you want to keep the economic activity within hawiye U need to also cede the responsibility of the capital city, you simply can't get both without it clashing or causing unrest in the nation.
Hamar wala wada lee yahay ileen waa caasimadi Lakin gobolada wala Kala lee yahay(Mogadishu is shared by all Somalis but regions are shared by its local resident as it doesn't claim to be federal capital) all regions enjoy this distinct right as a federal state GM, HS, PL, SL, JL,SW.
PL is following the law to a tee and will not allow any bending or exception, U don't see us talking about SW, GM, HS do U? But the federal capital is our business and we shall never cede our rights to bullies, thugs,threats, horgals, terrorists,or any bloody actor you cook up.
