But then again it is not all plain simple and less complex to fix Mogadishu with all the active spoilers and secret intelligences stationed in Halane.Yes, Hawiye leadership is visionless and more of opportunistic elites who would happily sit back and care less about the greater good as long as they milk $$$ from the big rich detractors such as UAE .See the behaviours of CC Shakur and co.

1. Neighborhood watches, watch towers and checkpoints on every street.

4. Police forces that are rotated at random so that they cannot get bribed as they will be stationed wherever at random.

Your airport isn't all that much different in passenger numbers to Puntland. Your port is servicing only one city and population even though it's largest city, It's not servicing Hiran, GM, Eastern Somaliland and all Puntland even parts of ogadeniya(wardheer side).
