Thanks for letting us know your intentions I don't put anything past GM, lol. Having aspirations and fulling them are two very different things.

Isn't these coastal towns also the areas that have been heavily affected by sand storms and now cover entire settlements? Are there even people there?

I can see with Hobyo being the first to produce oil it being in FGS interest to increased Galmudug’s size as PL continues to refuse to work with FGS on resources

What makes you think PL can fight a united Galmudug, before we even get to FGS. Kulaha deploy troops. There’ll come a time when all ports are under the FGS like most sovereign governments



It is I believe. Towfiiq and Afbarwaaqo border each other. That’s the town but many tuulos come under Afbarwaaqo the district, Sacad and Shiikhaal land come under it which goes into jariiban

It’s why there’s recently been wars there where both sides police have gotten involved

All i have to say is read up on the history of gaalkacyo.

And mre importantly this time around PL is not facing 3 fronts, sl, you lot and xamar.

Everyone knows there’s oil in SL for example. There’s examples where average people dug for wells and hit oil. A much more independent country yet oil companies are still hesitant.

It’s like you underestimate the importance of having the protection of your assets by a legitimate body.

PL is against FGS’s resource agreements (which hands FGS 50% of the revenue as well as its own national company and committee controlling it). Galmudug isn’t. FGS will always side with GM till PL is in conflict with FGS as the more resources in Galmudug hands, by extension the more under FGS.

PL and FGS sorting out their issues means that the squabbles surrounding the constitution and other relevant issues regarding the political and governance structure of Somalia will be over. That's what most of their opposition towards FGS have been ever since FGS's founding.

Might makes right. I personally see it being solved but not in the way people here think. I see FGS investing in non-PL states, PL falling behind and then suing for peace just for that investment.

I’ve been fighting the case here for two years, PL is gonna come begging to Xamar eventually!

So, they are making a claim for 5% stake in the port? Supposing the claim could be legally qualified, then on what grounds? It is not on a Federal land, ergo the Fed. gov't has no legal case.

Is there a National land policy passed by the Fed. gov't, and agreed upon, and to by FMS? If no, then in Article 43, section (3) provides:

• The Federal Government shall develop a national land policy, which shall be subject to constant review.

Further, section (3), sub-section (g) provides:

• That the Federal Member States may formulate land policies at their level.

Furthermore, section (5) of the same Article provides:

• The Federal Government, in consultation with the Federal Member States and other stakeholders, shall regulate land policy, and land control and use measures.

Postscript:
Could someone make a list of all the lands sold off in all major cities in .So starting with Xamar? And what the proceeds had been used for? Let us begin with Daara Salaam, which was a military base, and the lands Hormuud has taken over.
