Mogadishu Elders send a strong message to spoilers

In the video below many influential leaders known within the capital have reiterated their support for the government and have denied the calls from some political aspirants causing trouble to further their own selfish goals and the goals of foreign countries (Kenya and UAE)

These elders have also sent a stern message to spoilers like puntland leader said deni who was hoping for these elders to fall for the plots concocted by denis handlers.

Some of the elders said that said deni wants his community to fight against their own government and cause destruction and their areas to be peaceful. Which is an important message.

The elders of Mogadishu all convened at this meeting to say in plain terms.

1. Mogadishu will remain peaceful with business as usual
2. said deni wants his city to remain peaceful and stir up instability in our city
3. we will not fight against our government that we built
4. Want elections to happen ASAP
5. 8 out of 11 voting locations are ready for the elections to happen immediately

only 3 locations (kismayo, garowe and galkacyo) are holding up the process
