somaliland has been getting funds way before Mogadishu started getting but your khat chewing uncles looted every penny.
it was the same for Mogadishu before recently when it was managed well
Somaliland is safer and you can’t put prize on that. mogadisho lost as many people in the last 30 years as somaliland has lost in the last 100 years even if you include deaths of natural causes for somaliland and remove that for Mogadishu, Mogadishu still sees more death. Fancy chairs and donated lights doesn’t change those facts!
