Madows originally started the whole "race war" issue, before then everyone was just minding their business. It stemmed from internal Somali debates about identifying with the label "Black" like Caribbeans and other Africans do. Somehow this topic became overly popular and other communities started to notice the discussion in our community. Madows took offence that a portion of Somalis didn't want to identify as "Black", so they made it some big issue. Now with platforms like Twitter and Tiktok, everything gets blown out of proportion and exposed globally. IRL, there aren't really any problems.
