Okay explain how allah said he created everything in pairs (Male and Female) but they're animals that are not in pairs. Whiptail lizards are only females

Q36:36 States allah created everything in pairs, yet there are plenty of unsex animals and bacteria. Did allah forget about them, or was this book written by a man.
