It's this "jungle" law or nothing. Outside of Garowe, the country has no forensic labs and we don't have any CCTV to refer to. We work with what we have.

Instead of spreading unfounded conspiracies of false accusations by women and children, I would rather encourage authorities to believe victims and carry out justice. They may not always get everything 100% right but that's the nature of living in a third world country.
