He killed a terrorist who murdered a military commander with a bomb. He shouldn’t even have to spend 5 days in jail let alone five years.only 5 years?

The kid is innocent until proven guilty. Anyway the NISA Head of gedo helped smuggle this guy out of gedo.
The head of NISA has been put under house arrest by gedo maamul as they blame him for causing the firefight in dolow airport. So mahad salad lost in the end.

The operation to smuggle him out was a success and they killed a few Ethiopian soldiers on the way out as ENDF troops stationed there tried to block the NISA officers including him from leaving.
The ENDF there want to return him so have blocked NISA from operating at the airport till this happens but that ain’t going to happen. Waa nin cayr and he was only just extracting information from the terrorist and the torturing went a bit too far. This is a fair sentence imo, hopefully once it dies down and he can be let go early.
This is crazy, he prob used a car battery and shocked him to death smh, this guy must of seen that shit in a movie and thought he was in an episode of 24.

Is the gedo head of nisa, currently under house arrest? irregardless of that fact, it seems that marexans hold more sway in gedo than i previously thought. Seeing as mahad salaad feels the need to imprison the torturer in a sham trial. Possibly fearing reprisals from the gedo natives

you could defo make a movie out of this lol. From the terrorist suspect accuse of killing the military commander. Then the NISA officials brought in from Xamar to investigate, capture and then torturing him to death. For Somalia this was a pretty well executed operation to smuggle him out especially with there being a gunfight between the NISA officials and with the clan militias and Ethiopian troops after this torture turned fatal.
Abdullahi Mohamed Osoble, the NiSA Agent from Mogadishu killed Adan Gaarac Habarwaa in DOLLOW. He killed Adan after continuous sessions of excessive torture (water boarding). After Shuuteh& Mahad Salad ran interference in the case (the killer is a blood relative), he was ordered to pay blood money & a jail term of 5 years in place of the death penalty for murder.
The dead suspect was alleged to be behind the death of an army commander.
A military tribunal led by Shuuteh from Mogadishu forcefully tried to transfer the NISA operative to the capital & this resulted in further bloodshed as clan militias attempted to storm the Dollow airport to prevent Shuuteh from taking the NISA agent Back to Mogadishu, the Clan mliltias wanted to him to do Jail time in their jail, after an argument a gun battle kicked off when the smoke settled. The airport security chief, 2 Ethiopian soldiers & several civilians all died.
Shuuteh and his NISA forces ran to the plane and left.

That's why ur army is shit, ur commanders get killed thru targetted killings to ensure ur new commander is no hoper from 6 month training recruits, u will always be 'dalac siin' new sarkaals wit 6 month experience, i mean ur general is 20 year old, imagine how low quality your commanders r maybe 10 year old. U will continue in that cycle and never developing experience n knowledge, hence shabab is laughing at u.
This is PL dhaqan n keeps our peace, if u kill anyone they will 'aarsi' on someone who is influential in your clan(business, religious, phd holders, etc), why u think that 'sacad' is well behaved, he knows the 'target' will be any 'capacity' of good for their clan.
5 years for killing and torturing people? We are sending the wrong message here that human life is not valuable.
