Migrants back home

i have oromo relatives my sister in law is one. i have seen their family and have been to addis ababa. Im personally somali but they didnt say anything or do anything bad to me. We have discussions on somalia and ive even told them the Ogaden is somali they dont care i promise you. Some of my closest friends are oromo they do not care about somalis. Stop generalising a whole group of people

Different life experiences between the both of us. Lets just keep it at that and keep it stepping qalaas
I thought you were from London?

I’ve lived here my whole life and have not encountered a single Oromo before, I can assure you they don’t exist here. Strange how you somehow found so many Oromos in London, a sister in law, relatives, a few close friends. What are the odds eh.

So you have no family back home, you went to addis ababa, got oromo family, can barely speak af soomaali, and you want to welcome oromos to our lands

My older brother is american, very long story he was born and raised there with my grandparents.

he also has a different mother to me.

Great topic, sxb. I’ve got family in Hargeisa, and for the past two years they have been complaining about the large Oromo population. Now even the local Somali population is starting to talk about this online, and people are beginning to notice. These Oromos are becoming bold and are fighting women for their cell phones because of the mobile banking on them. Two years ago, people in Hargeisa were whispering about deporting the Oromos, but now it’s being talked about publicly.
oromo have been squatting on lands they don’t rent all they do is beg they are everywhere in boorama

There has been a growing number of oromo and arab (Syrian, yemeni) migrants choosing hargeisa and Co and settling down. For those living back home or know about the situation, how do these migrants tend to behave and are they a burden on us?
the kids you see begging in the streets they are 100 percent oromo

Those aka beggars are the ones that cause the most chaos. For instance when Puntland was fighting with isis laster year. they found out the orom street beggars are the one aiding isis. they would beg during the day time and leave during the night and than fight under isis banners the next day in the mountains.

i have sympathy for all. I dont generalise people based on ethnic groups.

its like calling all muslims terrorists when we know thats not true.

all sides affected i have sympathy.

to call them “savage” is wrong.

i have my dads side back home but i couldnt care less about them tbf😂
no wonder you get hate crimed in real life

my grandmother is jaarso even she hates oromo and warns about them she used to hate it when i called her oromo, but you are weird person asking us to accept oromo population in somalia they have made somalia unsafe
