Back in the day, whenever I heard Somaliland, i always thought the whole territory was theirs. Then, I looked at the clan map of SL, and was surprised to learn, that not only do they not inhabit the whole of 'British Somaliland', but they're sandwiched between Gadabursi and Warsangeli and Romani Gypsy lands:
