There are 3 sins that are render your imaan if you persist in them

Zina and Alcohol are such major sins that if die upon them, it is the death of Jahiliya. So imagine 20+years of zina, the heart would have been dead long ago and no zani will keep up the prayer

Also there is hadith that says everyone with the smallest portion of imaan/Tawheed will eventually leave Hellfire.

It is good thing that she still wishes people ramadan karim. Shows that there is still imaan inside Iman.
