If she was taken then that would simply have been neglect on the fathers side.

u teach kids house responsibilities. Its good for them to grow up young so they can be Intelligent adults. How the young girl reacted was amazing. A more pampered timid girl would have gone with him and lost forever

House responsibility is fine but you don't have to let them leave the house to do that and taking out trash is very self explanatory. You can't professionally take out trash.

The reaction from the girl was good but if the guy was brave he could have still taken her reaction or not. I feel the parent only reacted because she came back crying so if he didn't chicken out he could have easily taken her away if he had a car and they simply wouldn't have known.

I don't think you should either I just don't think taking out trash does anything but put children at risk especially when there not within eye sight. This however varies based on where you live. In places like the west you should always be aware of the whereabouts of your children if you don't want to lose them so making them take out the trash at that young age while not keeping an eye on them is just irresponsible and has nothing to do with pampering.
