On average male and female intelligence are the same , however males seem to be more widespread.Whereby men naturally produce geniuses but at the same time produce a higher percentage of retards.

The weird thing is that this isnt in only intelligence but also in other traits.For instance male height distribution varies alot more.Perhaps men produce more evil people but at the same time produce more benevolent people.I personally believe this is due to ancient practises.Women who didn't conform to the hunter gatherer society were cast out while men could simply adapt. Womens ancient reliance on male hunters for food, resources etc was probably due to the fact that pregnancy needs a "Rest" period to be more successfull. Thus the former would die alone and hence the remaining women clustered around the middle.

This "extremeties" bias could explain why there are more male prisoners while simultaneously being more male Tech geniuses.

That's when their IQ significantly boosted to a higher percentage so maybe if Somalia brought back unity, peace and stability and then try to mostly focus on their education, they could possibly tackle the issues you mentioned because these women would rather go for educated men with good careers than broke dropouts.

If we started off farming why is the restriction of meat unhealthy? How did the soil immediatly produce these foods before we selectively breeded them?

I am not saying evolution is true or false, but rather i am looking at its predictive power.For example imagine two trees , each with one branch.Let us denote them tree 1 and tree 2 , if there is an apple between both the trees.If there is an apple between both we can say that Tree 1 or Tree 2 gave that apple.If one is hidden then we can say Tree 1 is the apple giver(Vice versa).We could gain some information about tree 1 and reaffirm our assumption as the trees are similar. We can also predict some aspects due to these similarities.

Well, I agree that men in the past didn't care about which women they selected but now we live in an age of preference. If you want tall kids, marry a tall Somali woman. If you want beautiful children, marry a beautiful Somali woman. If you want light skin kids then marry a light skin Somali woman. If you want intelligent kids then marry an intelligent Somali woman.

One thing Somalia needs to do is to take advantage of their coast because eating fish significantly boosts your IQ and basically, Somalis need a new cultural enrichment. Since you cant answer these questions i will see if i can shed light on it.It was most likely that humans were created in stages by Allah , the "ruh" or the soul however was created only recently.
