Men and women are Not equal in my opinion.

Exactly, besides the obvious biological differences between men and women, like reproductive organs and secondary sexual characteristics, we tend to have differences in cognitive abilities and behavioural systems.
Men tend to excel in certain spatial abilities probably due to our hunter background, woman on the other hand excel in verbal memory(language processing, reading etc) and object location(they can see more colours than us as well) due to foraging background.
When it comes to behavioural differences, men tend to be more likely to engage in riskier behaviour(saving a child from a high place), while women on average exhibit more caution. Women often emphasize building connections through communication and use more nonverbal cues and express emotion openly, while men focus more on status and hierarchy in communication, using a means to establish dominance.
Women tend to place higher care on social relationships and are more cooperative, while men exhibit more competitive behaviour in social situations and maybe more task-orientated.
Men are more included towards hierarchical resolutions when it comes to conflict resolution where one party concedes to the other, women prefer conflict resolution through discussion and compromise, emphasizing relationship preservation.
Yours might be more towards the physiological aspect of the pairing whereas I am more focused upon its logicality and epistemology.

Make every academic role 100k+ salary and Men will flock and suddenly your "extremes" argument goes out of the window.
Men mostly care about money so there are no great incentives to not be on the bottom end of the extreme as we speak. As an example, you can be a farmer and make way more than a researcher can. The extremes prove that most men can just wake up, work a little and be on the higher end if they wanted to.
Furthermore Women have not developed any world changing tech as of late even though they now have equality in the work place. The argument "oh back in the days, they did not allow women to work" has now been exposed otherwise we would see female CEO's/Founders that top the Forbes lists.
The evidence speaks for itself.

When it comes to physical strength, yes we have an advantage over women. But that is my point, we are not the same. We are complementary.

My comment was addressing the first paragraph of ur reply βlook outside men built everythingβ and men creating YouTube doesnβt mean they are more intelligent, what my original comment was saying is men are not more intelligent than women (on average) and Iβm still waiting for you to prove otherwise.
