Of course he’s not ready. He’s not shown an ounce of competency and transparency during his term. He’s already had two disastrous terms and wants another one, extremely shameless. I find it funny how he’s always talking about sh*bab being the biggest enemy in Somalia. Nope it’s HSM and sh*baab.

There are other forms of government too. Ideally Somalia would be a decentralized unitary state which still allows local autonomy.

Not quite. Federalism has regional governments with their own consitiutions whereas decentralism still has the central government as the only major power holder.
i don't mind federalism staying either but it will need to be overhauled completely. Do away with the Ethiopian made provisional consitution, get rid of 4.5 and properly distribute power in such a way that FMS and Mogadishu will no longer at odds with each other.
