I do remember HSM doing that. Foreign Affairs Advisor is supposed to be someone who is actually qualified for the position. Not to be filled with a family member who isn't qualified for the position. Nepotism should only exist in private companies and has zero place in the government

Just look at what he did with the NISA chief, there was a large corruption scandal and he was even said to have connections with al shabaab and used nisa as a mafia, hsm removed him from office a few months then put him back obviously because its his inadeer
so many cases like that, now he hides his corruption more but during his first term more than half of the gov budget was missing
