This man saved Somalia from total collapse. He saved the besieged capital of Somalia, routed out the terrorists and also established the recognized TFG leadership in Mogadishu. Many Ethiopian lives were sacrificed to save Somalia from being swallowed up by Muslim rebels who intended on only causing destruction and chaos across the Horn of Africa. Due to the sacrifice and leadership of the late Premier Lagesse Zenawi, our people have a one bedroom government established in the capital.
The late Premier of Ethiopia will always be remembered for his sacrifice to help an ailing, diseased, and neighbouring brotherly nation like Somalia.
