These meetings are conducive to Government progress on destroying a fundamentalist ideology based on putting fear into the citizenry. Their attacks are waning and have been for a long time. Our U.S. Allies have carried out more attacks on them so far this year than the entirety of the last year by far. When these sort of meetings happen it shows that thought is being put into making sure peace and prosperity is installed once again throughout the country and Benadir in particular as it hosts the capital of the country.

The fight this administration has took to the fundamentalist insurgents has been brutal and disastrous for them and it will only intensify. By having steady pay and rations to the troops it provides order and efficiency. Because of the introduction of the biometrics system there is no middleman when it comes to soldier pay. This essentially lays the foundation for nationwide pay directly to soldiers which will encourage recruits who are looking for jobs/payment when a number of the youth are unemployed.

This all aids in the rebuilding effort of the Somali Forces who have a mandate to takeover this country's safety by the date of AMISOM'S Departure in late 2020. This will be something this government makes an impact on by the end of its term.

Most of the country is peaceful day to day, in terms of killings in general, there is usually a few gasp for air attacks this group will carry out infrequently to show their not completely finished , but their numbers are dwindling and their has been leadership wiped out. In this meeting the FGS has introduced a council who will be investigating the groups who aid, abet and provide support for the insurgent fundamentalists. There needs to be an NSA/CIA like intelligence structure set up.

No phone line in the country should be allowed to work without ears on what the topic is about.
