Meeting older Somali professionals at work

I’ve noticed how a percentage of the older generation are professionals here in the West. Some of them have stuck to the 40hr work week routine and are almost there. A guy at work is looking forward to retiring in Nairobi or Mogadishu. He likes to talk about how he came here and raised his family most of the time. He also doesn’t shy away from teaching me a few things about life and how to navigate them.
