A 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom house for 14k in total but we split it 7/7 
It was in Detroit lol. We only got it because it's a decent summer house and we pass through Detroit to some cities so it's a good place to post up during a road trip
Also in 10 years when Detroit is popping ima flip 7k into 150k at least
But yeah hopefully ima go to Detroit soon to get a good look at the house. Anyone got tips for going to Detroit? Any cool places to Chill? What's the hoes like?
