It's not a race thing, it's a socio-economic thing. Poorer people are more prone to violence and misbehavior, no matter which race they're in. Black people tend to be poorer than their white counterparts, and they are discriminated against. Add in the fact that social mobility is very difficult in the UK and Europe and you have a lot of young men with a "f*ck it" attitude. That's why you see more black people acting out than whites.
