Apparently McDonalds ice cream machine break because no one else knows how to fix it except a contractor company specifically contracted by McDonalds. Only the tech from this contractor company has code to unlock and fix. Every local McDonald u go to is leased by Big McDonalds corporate company to small business owner. It is leased by individual business owner who has to sign a contract with McDonalds to use its name. If these business people call a different company they break contract, and have to go. So the business most of the time stop making ice cream to avoid paying the contractors fix services. But they cant do it for long, otherwise McDonalds comes knocking at the door. In the end the customer and the business owner using McDonald name is a loser.
All this to maintain constant flow of money/revenue for investors while they are golfing??
