MBS liberalising Saudi Arabia

40% of Iranians identify as atheists. The Ayotallah regime is protected by the IRGC a Nazi like security branch loyal to the regime. The Iranian government & military has limited power compared to the high clerics and intelligence officers who control the state.
The average age of Iranian is 32 years old, the Islamic government has been in power for 43 years. The average Iranian was born into a religious society that stones adulterers. From their day of birth, they were educated by an Islamic government who controls the school curriculum. Let’s stop this fake Western/UN made up stats and rely on facts.

@bidenkulaha what do u think would happen to Somalia if al shabab controlled our entire country for 43 years? Almost two whole generations born in their rule? Of course they would all be super extremists. Obviously Iran isn’t Al Shabab it’s an extreme example to use but you get the gist of what I’m saying.

Somalis are more religious given they’re less likely to be educated and living simpler lives in the countryside.

It’s hard to compare

We need a version of MBS for all Muslim countries. Only then we can improve our economies, society and security.

I will be holidaying in Saudi Arabia soon enough.

Sad that MBS wasn’t leader when Saudi were exporting extremist Islam around the world. Converting a proud sufi nation like us into extremist Salafis but inshallah we can reverse our decline as we educate our people.

Your worldview is secular liberalism so of course you celebrate Nicki Minaj, raves, and banning mosques from using loudspeakers. But Somalis are Muslims with the Islamic worldview completely opposed to yours.

Your views represent your western masters not Somalis. Every one of your posts alligns with the west/israel and anything opposed to Islam.

RIYADH, July 7 (Reuters) - The United States and Israel are seeking to lay the groundwork for a security alliance with Arab states that would connect air defence systems to combat Iranian drone and missile attacks in the Middle East, four sources familiar with the plan said.

The idea, which would use Israeli technology, could gain momentum during President Joe Biden’s stops in Israel, the Palestinian territories and Saudi Arabia on a July 13-16 trip, said two of the sources who were briefed on the plans.
The plan would be to build a network of radars, detectors and interceptors between Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Jordan and Egypt, with the help of Israeli technology and U.S. military bases, three of the sources said.
A senior Israeli official in Washington previewing Biden’s trip described the efforts to form an alliance as "a goal that is set".

“There's a long way to go, and the U.S. is supportive of that.”

Washington hopes more cooperation would help further integrate Israel in the region and isolate arch-enemy Iran.
Israel's worries about the outcome of the nuclear negotiations - and its threats to take unilateral military action against Iran - carry weight in Western capitals.

Iran, armed with one of the region's biggest missile systems, has said joint military activities of Israel and some Arab countries in the Gulf are done "out of desperation".
But the U.S. push for anti-Iran cooperation also faces resistance from some Arab states such as Iraq, Qatar and Kuwait.

“There’s different views in different capitals,” a senior Biden administration official said on condition of anonymity.

living under dictatorship doesn’t always mean that the people will believe what the state imposes . Look at the communist eastern bloc religion was banned but they’re a lot more religious now than in previous decades . I’m sure most Cubans living in Cuba are not communist believers .

Iranian govt was never Islamic.
Khomeini used to live in France before revolution.

Muslims after Saudi pushed extremism & anti western sentiment to them ,just for their government to abandonment it themselves View attachment 228995
Facts. All these countries engulfed in civil wars, sectarian/religious insurgencies due to the Wahabi cult since 1980s look stupid right now.

Dude exported extremism for the best part of 40 years and now abandoned their own doctrine.

U posted the same article as the other guy, it’s fake news made up by the west.
It is sadly true. You notice that in the way Iranians, even the religious one's - conduct themselves.

Even their religious clerics admit the lack of religiosity

Another source:
"Iranian clergy have complained that more than 70% of the population do not perform their daily prayers and that less than 2% attend Friday mosques"

Yup, you see the same trends in Lebanon.

Now the Saudi's want to go the same route. But the Saudis, unlike the Iranians, have great influence on us and other sunni/sunni majority countries.

Have not met any Iranians in the west ? Once they come to western country they become full blown gaal. I knew this Iranian kid in my elementary school bragging about eating bacon and he was new to the country lol

I agree. Those are diaspora Iranians who left the country before/just after the fall of the Shah regime. I’ve met dozens of them, none of them are recent arrivals.

MBS has actually got a plan for his country. He’s made a lot of good social changes for Saudi Arabia and is diversifying Saudi’s economy. This is a country where woman were second class citizens and there was religious police roaming the streets. Zero inter mixing. Child marriages. Among many of the things he’s brought an end to. Inshallah his reforms will influence our other Muslim nations.

He does engage in political repression. Which I am against as a democratic person. That’s why I I’ve said he has flaws. But it’s ludicrous to compare him to Farmaajo who couldn’t tie his shoe laces and was mentally challenged. We saw little progress under his reign and risked returning to a civil war after his illegal extension.
