He is saying he is embarrassed by the lack of turnout for the 26th June celebrations, the one his fellow Dhul people are saying is theirs. He points out that some of his people like to say 18th May belongs to another group, but the one the Dhul are claiming is one they don't even some to care about. He further castigates them for not living up to the Dervish spirit that his people like claim so much.
