Nisa are responsible most of the deaths the past couple days mate. The DC car has been hit with dshk fire and NiSa used RPGs as well.

They have been responsible for clashes with DC/local politicians forcing their way through checkpoints though. HSM needs to make a decree and make it clear it’s a new policy everyone needs to follow

This has always been an issue. I agree there should clear instructions for dc/politicians and their staff but alot of these soldiers know eachother and its out of pure kibir that those that man checkpoints start shooting at a known individuals. Yaaqshid DC stopped and identified himself as he said.
Your former dc of hodan dhegajuun was shot and killed by police at a checkpoint couple years ago during the last guys term and the xl guy got 5 years.
They shouldn't shoot at a colony of 3 or 4 cars with a bulletproof in the middle sxb. Shabab do not move like that.

I blame the government. It’s all a mess as no one is aware of what their job is. For example two weeks ago Eritrean troops are manning streets and killed some bajaaj and then ran away. Why are those troops at checkpoints? They are of course going to be trigger happy

Local police which is generally made up of the clan who inhabit the district will always have checkpoints on their main roads. Its unrealistic that only Nisa take over checkpoints. There has to be an understanding.
As for the Eritrean lot, FGS has no strategy and they've got nothing to do. Some been sent to Middle Shabelle straight infantry/ walking lol. There should be absolutely no reason why these guys are in the city armed.
Alot of these clashes are happening because of troops given orders to check every car and bijaaj coming into sensitive areas where most of the civilians are, Some of the guys who are manning the checkpoints need to let the important offical cars through and check all civilian cars, but Respect and " Im this im that " causes people to get into stand offs,

The DC is lucky he was riding in a Bullet Proof Hilux, if it was a regular him and his driver would of probably got shot multiple times, those trucks can handle a few rounds of Dhks rounds.

He's right, Using Dsk 50 cal machine guns and RPS in a city is wild and NISA will probably arrest those officers.
This is a difficult test for the Mogadishu Admin, You have to have Troops who can properly search people and cars at these check points, you also need Bomb disposal guys if a bomb is found, you also need Guys who can fight and defend against Alshabaab trying to attack a sensitive area.
NISA has all of these which is why they are being put all over but they are Too aggressive and act outside the Law, its not the first time Nisa commanders are abusing their powers.
