Somalia currently falls under chapter 7 of the UN charter, which more or less is a trusteeship status, due to us not being able to manage our peace. It's been in place for decades now. Just a few weeks ago, it was renewed for another year.

In addition to this, we have all types of foreigners present in our country. Such as foreign troops, both acting under ATMIS mandate and even outside of it. Then we have western countries, US, UK and EU in particular, who dictate what we can and can not do politically. Otherwise, their biggest tool; our aid, is cut off. Then, every incoming president/administration is also funded by some some Arab country, who we have to subdue, or sell us out to be precise for each term. You may have heard that Somalia's PM received backlash recently for his speech relating to Gaza. It's because of UAE, main supporter of the current FGS
