Not saying anything, the only history I can confirm that after SNA vacated Somaliland. And SNM took full charge revenge attacks did happen by certain soldiers who fought with the SNM in a handful of locations.

The SNM didn't sanction anything and condemned those that did which is why a few years later it opted for disarming of all militias
