The fobs got a peculiar charm toward white women. They lowkey don't care about them, and there is this inherent nonchalantness they got. There is a level of stoicism and practical mindedness, and confidence. The non-FOB Somali man is very different from the FOB, very behaviorally. The FOB doesn't play the same social games, and I think those women find the individuality and matter-of-factness (it is what it is, take it or leave it) good traits in a man.
That is my assessment.
There is no coincidence that every FOB I know is or was at some point with white women (or others). And the FOB man got more semi-long-term girlfriend turnover rate than the non-FOB. Though they never marry those women. There is always an inevitable longing for the Somali woman.
The Western-raised Somali woman looks at the FOB man as a different creature in humor. But what these Somali women neglect to see is appreciated by other women, not conditioned by the same assumptions and quality masking stereotypes.
Somalis I know don't put white women on a pedestal.

Fob men are very masculine and confident in how they approach women. No matter their income or appearance, they do not care. Yes, women love these kind of men.
I totally see how they get women left and right. Non Fob Somali men need to learn from them and not pick up incel cuqdad and princess behaviour that Western men seem to like nowadays.
