When they arrived from their base in Qardho in July. After slaughtering Sland troops in Dhoob
they went through Yubbe area.Caare then set up a base in Kulmiye which he later expanded
westwards to Daalo.

He didn't went through easily, few remaining Sland troops tried to prevent entrance to the mountains but failed ( I even made a thread about it).


I agree the map has few errors they should have showed Caare in full control of northern Sanaag in areas such as Xeromoli, Rugay, Madar Mooge etc (there is 0% Sland presence there) but nevertheless good start.

Incompetent leadership, unwillingness to work together and lack or equipment leads to this kin dof situation. Right now, as long as the federal state members are able to sit down and talk about dealing with AS and IS the situation will greatly improve. This can later on be used to lay the foundations of a true national armed forces and, hopefully, prevent this from ever occurring.
