We have a lot in common with our African neighbours when it comes to features, this is a fact that cannot be denied, i would say 55%-65% of Somalis have what would be considered Madow hair, the jileec haired Somalis are actually a minority.

Also many Somalis have huge lips, just like our African neighbours, those who have medium sized lips, and jileec hair might find it hard to identify with our African neighbours feature wise, but the majority of Somalis would not.

I've noticed some try to deny the Somalinimo of some individuals because they don't have the typical Somali look, according to these sugo scientists any slight deviation in features means you might be mixed with our neighbours.

The only time you will be mistaken for anything other than African is when you have medium lips, jileec hair, typical Somali nose, and sometimes lightskin, and those ethnic Somalis are a minority.

I think the problem that bothers Somalis so much is that they never understood what the 'black' label truly meant. Akhi most Africans amongst themselves don't deny their heritage and claim their ethnicity when they're alone but they don't scream like retarded seagulls shouting they're not black in the public venue like Somalis since here in the west we're black its a political category cos of a shared skin type due to the white society we're in. Also it's caused more problems then I can name and has ostracized us as a community.
