Basically 2 uncles ran an like 2 tuition centres in 2 up and 2 down houses which basically a house with 2 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs excluding kitchen and bathrooms.
The mothers in this case would have seen benefits cut over the years and the way for them to get more is working tax credits benefits(these benefits including housing benefits and council tax benefits) but you can only get that if you work for a minimum of 16 hours a week.
These uncles were basically claiming that 20+ people were working as cleaners at these small houses enabling to get more money which in return helped them to get more money from these aunties paying them.
The aunties got off with just unpaid community work and the uncles got 8 and 5 years respectively. These are living in their tuulos with the ill gotten gains.
