I don't look at it that way. I see it as a new beginning for the kids. Both father and mother were horrible role models. Them out of the way, gives the kids a good chance for a different path.
I know it's a common tactic used by Americunt divorcee laywers, but how can you accuse someone of molesting their own children? That's so henious and downright demonic. It's sad that he deprived his children of both their parents, but I completely get it wallahi

It happens all the time lol, just google "false abuse allegations custody".
Doesn't matter if he's clingy or emotional, falsely accusing a father of molesting/raping his own children to win a custody battle is crossing the line. You've effectively killed that man's relationship with his children, even if the allegation is proven false. Not to mention the fact that those children have to be physically examined by a medical professional and all the therapy etc. It's a traumatic experience for children, and to willingly subject them to that just to win a stupid custody battle is beyond fucking evil.
I don't condone his actions but I completely and 100% understand why

You've missed the part where he killed his pregnant girlfriend who had nothing to do with the case. What excuse or understanding can you give now?
Your line of thinking would/could make sense if he merely killed his ex, since she accused him of molestation. But, the kicker is, he killed his current partner and unborn child as well. So your logic doesn't entirely make sense.
If someone is able to kill someone (girlfriend) who has nothing to do with the situation who it turns out was also carrying his child, then they probably are capable of committing other heinous crimes.
Update, I knew there was more to the story. It was his own child that accused him and his ex did what any sane person would and believed the kids. Also, he used to beat his current girlfriend and well apparently. Scary how people will believe an abuser if he has a made up sob story. Madnesssssssss. Just saw the tweet.

So, it isn't a simple case of an ex being vindictive apparently. Just saw the tweet. Although that tweet could be fake. We don't know the facts.
Also, unfortunately and disgustingly so kids are mostly abused by family members rather than outsiders and is just as common and if not more so than false accusations of molestation for custody access.
Also, as a mum if your child tells you something, you're going to have look into it.
