They are not alleging he stole from the project or is using it for the funding of the Airport. They are just accusing him of having stolen their money. But they have not said what the alleged stolen funds are being used for.

They should provide evidence and then take it to court so that he is proven innocent or guilty. Also, if they are lying about him, they should pay damages.
