That’s actually not true at all. In MN whenever a dude is accused of rape, he gets blasted on social media and everyone is on his ass. The whole #somalitoo thing proves it.
@Amirah, the deterrence policy, if it meant chopping off their *private parts" if found guilty and after exhausting all soughts of appeal, don't you think it will reduce the statistics.
