Sonoc oil money will go to somali hass first, 70% of profits will go to Dahabshil and 30% will go to Hass global

Yeah that is why many were initially worried about Turkey dictating the terms on recovery due to the vagueness behind the deal.
Which states agreed to some nonsense like this? There is no legal resource sharing agreement in Somalia
