Yeah, FANO is currently unable to implemented rule of law in captured territories.
They have already created woreda level governance in their stronghold of Wollo and it is spreading to the other parts of Amhara, but as it is Gojjam is the wild west.
Bahir Dar-Addis road is very scary, kidnappers on your ass in the Amhara section and random OLA then ENDF checkpoints on your ass in the Oromia section

The TPLF is going after the TPF in Afar but signed a ceasefire with them in Tigray lol wtf
But if all the armed oppositions+eritrea made a push for Addis it genuinely would be game over. Wollega and most of Amhara has been lost, Tigray is arming itself to the teeth, central Oromia (literally right outside Addis) is currently a war zone too.
Go north from Addis and FANO is like 60 miles away, go west and OLA is 40 miles away go east and OLA is again 50 miles away.
Ethiopia genuinely controls more of Gedo by % than Wolegga it’s insane.
