All 'former' AlShaydanis need to be chained together and forced to do community work with muzzles on. After all the people they have killed, why should they be allowed to re-enter normal society? In fact, all criminals in Somalia need to be outside doing community service from 9-5 everyday. Prisons should only be a place to eat, sleep and shower, not a criminal networking facility for the scum of society.
