Here we have the president of Somalia who approved Somali forces to be trained in Adis Ababa for the use of his clan region in Hirshabelle.

While Everyday HSM is sending his clan militas to be trained in Uganda,Turkey,Djibouti,Ethiopia iwm. Who is to say that Ogadens are not allowed to use their diplomatic alliances to train & equip their forces in Jubaland?
