Every soul that has been lost in the pursuit of stability AUN. There is no manual since there isn’t a federal constitution, every fms and the fgs if fighting for political leverage.
it is a bloody war from all corners, there are no leaders with no blood on their hands. What we need is a meeting with all presidents where they compromise and sign the Federal constitution (this is also tricky since somaliland needs to be included in these talks).
